2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY! This upscale 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath townhouse is conveniently located in the beautiful subdivision of Bear Run in Banner Elk it also has Wireless Cable Internet. As you walk up to the townhouse, you have a covered walkway or you can drive into the 1-car garage.

You walk into a lovely foyer. To the left is the state of the art kitchen with open bar separating it from the dining room and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a ceramic-top stove. The kitchen is also equipped with a blender and electric waffle maker. On the kitchen bar counter, there is a radio that allows for docking of an "I" phone and using exchangable plastic cradles attached to the power cord.

The open dining room and living room are very spacious with their cathedral wood ceilings and wall of windows and at the same time so cozy with the gas-log fireplace with stone going up to the ceiling. The remote for the fireplace is located on the mantel. The wood dining room table is round with a large built-in lazy-susan and 6 chairs. The bar between the kitchen and dining room has 4 bar stools for additional seating (and for watching the "chef" at work). The view from the living room is of a peaceful meadow with mountains in the background.

This townhouse is wheelchair accessible as there are no steps to get in the front door and has main level living with a beautiful master bedroom (with king bed).. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, "his / her" sinks, granite countertop, large tiled walk-in shower with seat and large walk-in closet. There is a TV in the living room and the master bedroom. Also, the washer and dryer are on this level in a hall closet across from the entrance to the garage.
