This newly constructed home is a wonderful place to relax on the screened in deck and listen to the running creek in the back yard. The woods around the home give you privacy, and it has a nice walking trail where you can get out and explore nature. It also has a one-car garage with level driveway for easy access, with only one small step up to get on the main level of this beautiful home.

When you first enter this lovely home, you will see the quaint dining room for six that leads into the upscale fully-equipped kitchen and another dining area for four. On this main level is the living room with wood-burning fireplace, big flat screen TV, and bar stools with bar that overlooks the kitchen area. In the hallway before you enter the kitchen is the half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. Off from the living room is the master bedroom with king size bed. The master bath connects to the master bedroom by a hallway with his and her closets. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and double sinks. Next is the guest bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom with tub and shower.

Upstairs are the other three bedrooms with two king size beds and one queen size bed. All of these bedrooms have their own full bathrooms connected to them. Two of the baths have tub and shower combos. One of them has a double sink, and the other bath has a walk in shower. Also on this level is a walkway that overlooks the living room and another spare empty room that would be great for accommodating a blue-up bed or just as a play area for the kids.

This home is only about 0.8 miles from Ski Beech and Fred's General Mercantile Store. It is also pet friendly if you would like to bring a small well-behaved pet along on your trip. This home is wonderful for a mountain getaway. It was built and decorated with the upmost care, detail and pride!

Beech Mountain also boasts the Buckeye Recreation Center, a fabulous indoor facility dedicated to expanding the recreational needs of residents and visitors alike. This 22,500 square foot recreation building offers recreational opportunities for all ages. This facility is open to the public, and there is a very reasonable fee to enjoy the many activities it has to offer. You will have plenty to do at the Buckeye Recreation Center whether it's playing a game of tennis on the indoor tennis court, basketball court, volleyball, toning up in the fitness center, walking the track, or utilizing the meeting rooms and kids' playroom. We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).
