FAMILY GROUPS AND WEEKLY STAYS ONLY. Drive up the mountain to this beautifully custom built home in Little Creek Estates. It is located in VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD in Valle Crucis, a valley located between a handful of mountains in the Blue Ridge range of North Carolina. The scenic drive to Little Creek Estates takes you through winding roads with views of all of the mountain ranges, farms, horses, and grand valleys leading up to the mountains.

SLEEPER SOFA ABOVE INCLUDES: 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING ROOM AND IS INCLUDED IN MAX PARTY.

As you wallk in you are greeted with a mountain view through the French doors that open on to the expansive deck. There is plenty of natural light that filters down through the 20 foot ceilings. On the main level is the master bedroom with private bath. It features a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom is located on this level with an adjoining bath. The spacious kitchen and dining room are located on the main level as well. In the evening you can bask in the warm glow of the stone faced wood-burning fireplace in the beautifully decorated living room. You will also find a half bath on this level in the entry way. Downstairs there is a gameroom with pool table, darts, and other games. There is also a TV with satellite. You will find the third bedroom with bunk beds on this level. The third full bath is located here also.

No matter if you want a restful get away for two or if you and your whole family wish to take a great mountain adventure, Elk Ridge Retreat has something for everyone. You can enjoy a walk down the mountain, or a ride into town for antiquing, shopping or dining. Play a game of pool in the gameroom, a game of darts or perhaps soak in the 6-person hot tub as you overlook the valley below. This home also offers wireless internet for the business person. The large gas grill on the wraparound deck is perfect for the person who likes to grill.

Elk Ridge Retreat offers a getaway from everyday life..you will truly enjoy the retreat feel of this splendid home. Even though this home is a wonderful retreat it is only a short drive from downtown Boone and the outlets in Blowing Rock. THIS HOME REQUIRES 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS during the colder months. You may even need them to drive anywhere in the Banner Elk, Seven Devils and Beech Mountain areas. We do get snow in the winter and we want you to be safe and enjoy your visit.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).

*Linen fee (your beds will be made when you arrive)

is included in your rental fee listed above.
(This is an insurance policy that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage to the property.)
*Price includes most supplies: firewood in winter(for some units), towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen garbage bags, starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and bath/hand soap, etc.
