In this newly constructed pet-friendly home in Chestnut Falls on Beech Mountain, you will enjoy relaxing while grilling on the outside deck, playing a game of pool, or warming up to a cozy fire in the living room. Also, you can bring a small dog to this wonderful vacation home. The woods surrounding this home make it feel like you are secluded. However, you are only approximately 10 minutes from the slopes on Beech Mountain or 15 minutes from Fred's General Store and the restaurants. Vacatoning at Rod-Z Lodge provides you the choice of serenity and quiet reflection with the sounds of a running creek, or the wild abandon of exciting adventurous mountain living.

SLEEPER SOFA ABOVE INCLUDES: 1 QUEEN FUTON DOWNSTAIRS; 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LOFT AND IS INCLUDED IN MAX PARTY.

You will enjoy a spacious living area, open kitchen, bar and fireplace where you can entertain with friends and family. Downstairs you can enjoy the fully-equpped game room with deluxe dual poker/card game table, new billiard table and TV with electronic games for your entertainment.

You will love staying in this mountain retreat. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub for much needed relaxation.

THIS HOME REQUIRES 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS during the colder months. You may even need them to drive anywhere in the Banner Elk, Seven Devils and Beech Mountain areas. We do get snow in the winter and we want you to be safe and enjoy your visit. Beech Mountain also boasts the Buckeye Recreation Center, a fabulous indoor facility dedicated to expanding the recreational needs of residents and visitors alike. This 22,500 square foot recreation building offers recreational opportunities for all ages. This facility is open to the public, and there is a very reasonable fee to enjoy the many activities it has to offer. You will have plenty to do at the Buckeye Recreation Center whether it's playing a game of tennis on the indoor tennis court, basketball court, volleyball, toning up in the fitness center, walking the track, or utilizing the meeting rooms and kids' playroom. We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).

(This is an insurance policy that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage to the property.)
