Description

This huge 3-level fantastic newly painted home is located on the 7th fairway of the Beech Mountain Golf Club AND only .8 mile from the Ski Beech slopes. Since it is located so close to the golf course, this home offers Beech Mountain Club privileges. This wonderful home has high speed internet, and a 5-person hot tub for your use. The hot tub is down a short path that overlooks the golf course in a covered gazebo. This home also has a gas grill in the closet on the back deck for your use.

This is truly a home for all seasons. In the winter, the driveway is level and the road to the home is relatively level. On the main floor, you enter into a comfortable sitting area that is great for your morning coffee, a living room with a cathedral ceiling; a 36" Flatscreen TV (and a 2-story stone fireplace), kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and master bedroom. The living room has lots of stone and wood that makes the room so appealing.

Along the back of the house there is a porch with an OUTDOOR stone fireplace and furniture around the fireplace (on the back of the livingroom). On the other end of the porch is a large table (sliding door through the dining room). The owner has added plastic roll down shades to help keep the wind out and allow you to enjoy the outdoor fireplace in the winter. The owner does not provide firewood. It can be pre-ordered through the office, or you can pick up some at the local grocery stores.

The top level has a balcony over the living room. On this level, there is a second master with a king size bed (twin bed length) with a private deck overlooking the fairway. This level has a wet bar that includes a coffee pot and small refrigerator. This is perfect as you will want to enjoy your morning coffee out on the upstairs deck. This level has another bedroom and a full bath. On the bottom level (down a regular flight of stairs from the main level) there are two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has twin beds and the other has bunk beds.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).
