With its fantastic 60-mile view of 11 mountains, as well as great amenities like a computer, wireless Internet, central air-conditioning, all new flat screen TV's, and with 2 NEW King size beds, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home will be the perfect vacation home for you / Fido (This home is Pet Friendly).

SLEEPER SOFA ABOVE INCLUDES: 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING ROOM; 1 FULL FUTON DOWNSTAIRS AND IS INCLUDED IN MAX PARTY.

The main level is very open with a wall of large windows overlooking the the distant mountains. You will love getting cozy in front of the gas log fireplace and enjoying the flat screen TV with direct TV, DVD and VCR. You can relax on the nice sofa or kick back in the recliner for that really comfortable feeling. This home has its own computer with wireless Internet so you can use it or bring your own laptop to keep in touch.

The kitchen is very modern with ice and filtered water on the freezer door as well as those necessities like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, another flat screen TV with DVD, and a private bath with a large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is also on the main level and has a short king bed and a second bath with tub and shower. Downstairs has a full and twin bunk, and has a full bath with shower, a closet and a futon that opens to sleep 2.

Outside on the deck is a gas grill and comfortable deck furniture so you can make the most of the out of doors. On the second deck of this home is the "Knights Fort" the perfect area for the kids to play and have a great time. Snow and tubing lovers will enjoy the fact that they can walk to the slopes and everyone will appreciate its convenient location in Seven Devils between Boone and Banner Elk.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).

*Linen fee (your beds will be made when you arrive)

is included in your rental fee listed above.
(This is an insurance policy that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage to the property.)
*Price includes most supplies: firewood in winter(for some units), towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen garbage bags, starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and bath/hand soap, etc.
