Description

Since all the bears inhabiting "Beech Bears" are decorative, this home is the perfect spot for your next mountain vacation. This huge pet-friendly home on Beech Mountain is great for the large family that wants to vacation together. With the pool table, the hot tub, and the fact that it is only about a half mile from Ski Beech, it is a home you will love.

SLEEPER SOFA ABOVE INCLUDES: 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA DOWNSTAIRS IN THE DEN AND IS INCLUDED IN MAX PARTY.

The main floor has the master suite with king size bed, a TV, and a private bath. This level also contains a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with gas log fireplace and a 36" high definition TV. There is a second bath on this level as well as a second bedroom. Three bedrooms are upstairs. There is a full bath on this level as well. In all, the home has 2 kings, 2 queens and a set of twin beds.

The lower level of the home has a large media/game room with a pool table and large 51" high definition TV. There is cable and DVD for each large TV. High-speed Internet hookup will be available for your laptop. There is a sleeper sofa on this level and the 4th bath is there also. The sound of trickling water creates a peaceful atmosphere while enjoying the day outside on the deck.

There is also a barbeque pit for your enjoyment. Fido is welcome if you make arrangements in advance. This great home is next door to our #38 Moose Magic and 1 house away from #57 Gracie's Great Escape for families that want to vacation near each other.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).

*Cleaning fee (after your departure)
*Linen fee (your beds will be made when you arrive)

is included in your rental fee listed above.
(This is an insurance policy that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage to the property.)
*Price includes most supplies: firewood in winter(for some units), towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen garbage bags, starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and bath/hand soap, etc.
