Description

This newly listed huge pet friendly home on Beech Mountain is sure to be the perfect location for your next visit to the High Country. It is wonderful for large families that wish to vacation together. With it's 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and the 5 person hot tub on deck, it would be great for two families since two bedrooms have king-size beds. It would also be a great get away for a large group of several couples during ski or golf and tennis season. This home has been recently remodeled with a variety of very tasteful furnishings and decorations. You will also enjoy relaxing or cooking on the new commercial size gas grill on the huge back deck that runs the length of the house with a picnic table. This is one of 3 decks total. Outdoor stereo speakers have been added around the hot tub to make the hot tub experience even more enjoyable.

The main entrance of the home is convenient with only 2 steps down from the relatively flat driveway for those not wishing to climb a flight or two of steps with luggage or groceries.

After a day of skiing or fun in the snow, you will enjoy sitting around in the comfortable living room in front of the wood-burning fireplace. This home also has 6 TV's for your entertainment including a 42" plasma TV in the living room. In the downstairs den, there is a dart board for your entertainment pleasure. This home also offers wireless internet for the business person. The extended cable also includes over 30 movie channels and there are 4 DVD and 3 VCR players. The home has two levels with 5 regular bedrooms and a 6th that serves double duty as a den or bedroom since it has a sleeper sofa and the room has a closet as well. The kitchen table has a self-contained leaf that expands to seat 8 in addition to the breakfast bar. This fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities you'll need to cook and serve meals including a new dishwasher, new refrigerator, new microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. A full sized washer and dryer are also provided for use during your stay.

In the winter you will appreciate the fact that it is just over a mile to the Ski Beech resort. During the summer guests have access to the highly acclaimed Beech Mountain Club for outstanding golf,an Olympic size swimming pool, clay tennis courts, fitness center, youth activities, and fine dining. Access to a creek side mountain hiking trail is less than a .5 mile walk from the front door and they're are several bike routes to explore the area. Fido is welcome at this home and a crate is provided to save you space for your belongings and spoils from the local shopping during your travels.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).
