Description

This cute log cabin with a new hot tub on the deck and wireless Internet hookup for your laptop has a handy location with easy access as the parking is level with the road and is approximately 4 steps to the front deck. It is really convenient whether you are looking for summer activities or winter skiing. The cabin is close to Banner Elk so you are less than 1 mile to shopping and a number of good restaurants.

SLEEPER SOFA ABOVE INCLUDES: 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING ROOM AND IS INCLUDED IN MAX PARTY.

You enter the main level from the front deck (with the cute rocking chairs). To the left is a cozy great room (living room/dining room combination) with a gas fireplace. Over the fireplace is a great bear picture with several hidden objects in it for you to find. The living room has a TV with satellite connection and VCR. Also on the main floor is the up-to-date kitchen, and a bathroom. A gas grill is located on the back deck along with the new 5-person Prodigy hot tub.

You go up the regular set of stairs (not circular!) to the second floor where there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedding is attractive and cozy in the large bedrooms. The roomy master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV with satellite connection, while the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV (3 total) with Satellite. It comes equipped with a DVD/VCR for the movie buffs to watch. All TVs have DVD players. As our office is less than 1 mile away, you will have an endless supply of movies to check out for free (we even bring them back to the office for you!).

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).

*Linen fee (your beds will be made when you arrive)

(This is an insurance policy that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage to the property.)
*Price includes most supplies: firewood in winter(for some units), towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen garbage bags, starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and bath/hand soap, etc.
