Description

You'll experience the magic of the mountains in this large 4-bedroom, 4-bath home located only 1/2 mile from Ski Beech on Beech Mountain. The lodge decor featuring moose and other mountain wildlife is very tastefully done. The cute moose used in the decor are absolutely the only animals ever in this home. Since the owner of this brand new home has allergies, it is NOT pet friendly but it is worth leaving Fido at home to enjoy this wonderful home.

SLEEPER SOFA ABOVE INCLUDES: 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN DOWNSTAIRS DEN AND IS INCLUDED IN MAX PARTY.

From the single step at the entry you will be in moose heaven. The main floor of this three level mountain home has the large living room with gas log fireplace, the kitchen and dining room as well as the master bedroom and bath. A second bath on this level has a one-person Jacuzzi to ease those sore muscles after a day of skiing or hiking.

Upstairs is a complete sitting room with TV and 2 more bedrooms and a bath while the lower level of the home has the 4th bedroom and bath. There is a separate family room on this level as well with a sleeper sofa. Even a large family will have plenty of room to spread out in this spacious home.

The deck on this large attractive home is just what you would expect: Large and comfortable with plenty of room for your whole family to enjoy your morning coffee or just soak up that fresh mountain air. There is a gas grill on the deck. This home has Beech Mountain Club membership which is important in the summer and fall. You can purchase an unaccompanied guest pass for $5 per day or $18 per week that allows you to swim in the Olympic-size heated swimming pool at the recreation center. For an additional fee, you can golf on the exclusive private Beech Mtn. Golf Course, play tennis at the many tennis courts or dine in the Clubhouse. Year-round you can use the fitness center and massage therapy at the club for a fee.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).
