Enjoy the "Perfect Getaway" in this very attractive, tastefully furnished 3-bedroom 3-bath home snuggled in the mountains with great exterior front and rear decks. This pet friendly home, with a hot tub and ping pong table, is just what you've been looking for.

SLEEPER SOFA ABOVE INCLUDES: 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN MASTER BEDROOM AND IS INCLUDED IN MAX PARTY.

Why not curl up in front of the large stone fireplace on those cozy evenings after a day of hiking or skiing? You can enjoy a fire anytime since the gas logs ignite with the flick of a switch. You will find the new 4-person hot tub on the deck a great way to relax after a day of skiing, golf or hiking.

The oversized master suite has a sitting area in addition to the king size bed and large bath. There is a second master bedroom with a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk configuration with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin above. This home officially sleeps 7 but the owner will allow 9 if you wish to use the two very comfortable sofas (not sleepers).

You will enjoy all the modern conveniences: 2 TV's with cable and another with VCR only. There are several VCR-DVD-CD players in the home. Bring your laptop along since there is a large computer desk with phone jack located in the corner of the great room. This home has unlimited long distance calling so you can use the Internet as much as you like. The Perfect Getaway is located approximately 2 miles from the slopes of Ski Beech. Planning to bring Rover along? This home will allow a medium sized, very well behaved canine to accompany you. So just pack your suitcase and grab some groceries. This home is ready for you to enjoy the perfect getaway.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).

*Cleaning fee (after your departure)
*Linen fee (your beds will be made when you arrive)

is included in your rental fee listed above.
(This is an insurance policy that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage to the property.)
*Price includes most supplies: firewood in winter(for some units), towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen garbage bags, starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and bath/hand soap, etc.
