This beautiful 4-bedroom 3.5 bath home is aptly named "Bear Paw" since it is "bear-y" wonderful. The bear theme used throughout this large home makes it adorable.

There is plenty of room to spread out in this multi-level home that has a family room as well as the living room with a wood-burning fireplace. There is a Jacuzzi in the master bath and hardwood floors throughout. You will enjoy the mountain view as well. There is a second master BR on the main floor.

The beautiful Beech Mountain Club Golf Course is less than 1 mile away while tennis at Buckeye Lake Recreation Area is only about 1/2 mile away. Buckeye Lake Recreation Area has tennis, a picnic area, canoeing, basketball courts, and much more. This home has Beech Mountain Club membership which is important in the summer and fall. You can purchase an unaccompanied guest pass for $5 per day or $18 per week that allows you to swim in the Olympic-size heated swimming pool at the recreation center. For an additional fee, you can golf on the exclusive private Beech Mtn. Golf Course, play tennis at the many tennis courts or dine in the Clubhouse. Year-round you can use the fitness center and massage therapy at the club for a fee. This lovely home is less than 3 miles from the slopes at Ski Beech.

Also, a small well-behaved dog would be considered if proper arrangements are made in advance.

We have recently changed the way we list our property rentals and fees to make it much easier for you! All of our properties now show the complete price including the $45 security deposit protection plan. All you need to do is choose your length of stay and take the complete price listed in the box above, THEN SUBTRACT ALL OF OUR DISCOUNTS THAT APPLY, add your taxes (not optional), travel insurance (optional) and pet fee (this is not optional if you are bringing your pet to a pet friendly home).
